Changing station. We painted the shelves and chest of drawers and added the hardware. Aaron spray painted an old metal trash can we had and I made some liners out of pillowcases for the diaper pail. We're doing cloth diapers so it'll get emptied everyday (and I got some all-natural odor spray, so we'll see how that works).
The rocking chair belonged to my Grandma (Dad's mom). I painted it white, made the cushion and embroidered it.
We found these magazines at a friends garage sale. Children's magazines from 1926. They are so precious, and almost all of the content is stories (even the ads). My favorite sections in them are The Joy Giver's Club, and The Good Citizens League. So different from kids stuff today...

I LOVE IT! I really like the green. I didnt know you could sew!
I am so excited yet. Are you getting Braxton-hicks yet?
Oh, and a tip i learned for cloth diapers, if you dont already know this... when shannon was little, my mom used to have a 5 gallon bucket of bleach water in the bathroom with the lid, so after you took the diaper off the kid and rinsed it, just throw it in there until laundry day and there is no smell.
Cc - SO cute! I think my fave is the rocking chair and cushion. You are so crafty. And I am very impressed with all the sewing! Well done.
